Gwen Stefani and hubby Gavin Rossdale were spotted having a romantic day on the pier in Santa Barbara, California on Friday.
“Gwen was very ill in the first part of her pregnancy and really suffering. But happily, she’s really blossoming now and is in a great space. Gavin Rossdale is just trying to be right there for her and help her through it.” said a friend of the happy couple.
